Asociación de dolor pélvico perineal crónico


Adopec is a non-profit association formed by affected and members of affected by Chronic Pelvic Pain from around Spain.

Dated April 18, 2016, a group of concerned and affected decided to join forces and create the Association of Pelvic Pain Perineal Chronic (ADOPEC) and from that date until now many new members have been joining in different places the association, helping to give greater visibility and knowledge to society in general about this invisible condition. The association established its office in Madrid and the territory in which will carry out its activities is primarily throughout the territory of Spain.

Since the September 21, 2018, Adopec is a full member of FEDER (Spanish Federation for Rare Diseases)

Their mission is to assist and advise personally all those who suffer from Chronic Pelvic Pain, to get a quick diagnosis and report most suitable professionals to diagnose their condition, helping to reduce the pilgrimage by different specialists and therapists, helping to ensure access to diagnostic evaluation and treatment

In addition to this, to inform society about physical, psychological difficulties and their impact on personal and work life of those affected by chronic pelvic pain, keeping all informed and updated with real experience on the latest developments in specific treatments and outcomes.
