Special edition of the Societal Impact of Pain (SIP) newsletter

Prof. Bart Morlion – Multidisciplinary Pain Centre of the University of Leuven, Belgium

Dear Reader,

We decided to send out an extra Societal Impact of Pain (SIP) newsletter as we urgently need your support!

The European Commission has given us the opportunity to make the SIP Expert Group, on the EU Health Policy Platform, a “Thematic Network on SIP”. Ten groups have applied for a thematic network and only four of them will be selected. SIP is currently on a good position and we want to keep it.

What does this mean?
The SIP Expert Group will move into the public domain of the EU Health Policy Platform and will get even more attention.

What can you do?
Please join us and become a member of the Expert Group. As a member you can directly vote for SIP until December 7th.
In case of any technical question please contact vittoria.carraro@efic.org

Sincerely,

Prof. Bart Morlion
Director of the Multidisciplinary Pain Centre of the University of Leuven, Belgium
President of the European Pain Federation (EFIC)®
