SIP 2019: Poster presentation – SIP National
SIP National
For the first time, guided poster tours have been arranged at a SIP Symposium to present good practices from national and international projects and initiatives on pain policy.
In total, 29 abstracts for poster presentation have been selected on following themes:
- SIP national platforms
- SIP related initiatives on research, education, employment, quality indicators
- Other SIP related initiatives
In the poster area "SIP national platforms" the following posters have been presented:
- Societal Impact of Pain (SIP) – How to build powerful SIP National Platforms?
- Societal Impact of Pain (SIP) – Experiences from a SIP National Platform in Belgium
- Societal Impact of Pain – Taking its first steps in Finland
- Societal Impact of Pain – Experiences from a SIP National Platform in France
- Societal Impact of Pain – Experiences from a SIP National Platform in Malta
- Societal Impact of Pain – Experiences from a SIP National Platform in Portugal
- Societal Impact of Pain – Experiences from a SIP National Platform in Slovenia
- Societal Impact of Pain – Experiences from a SIP National Platform in Spain
- The Pain Alliance in the Netherlands; the way forward!
- Societal Impact of Pain – The role of National Brain Councils (NBCs)
The participants of SIP 2019 have been assigned to three groups which were guided and moderated by the following experts:
- Victoria Romero Pazos (President of LIRE, Spain)
- Gunilla Göran (Secretary of ENFA, Belgium)
- Souzi Makri (Vice President of Cyprus League Against Rheumatism, Cyprus)
The guided poster tours have been a great success where many good practices in pain policy were shared and discussed with the national and international SIP Stakeholders. All posters related to this session are attached to this article.
