SIP 2014 Symposium: Getting results: make it feasible, make it doable
Nick Ross, Neil Betteridge – SIP
Mr Ross points out that national plans need resources, and there are many patient groups that ask for money in many different fields. According Mr Betteridge, the way to make pain management attractive to policy makers is not necessarily by listing very big numbers, which might be intimidating, but by making it feasible and doable. The SIP platform should set clear goals, offer solutions to policy makers, and to do the work to get it done.
