The SIP Thematic Network provided a unique opportunity to create new synergies and break silos. SIP is now collaboration with the Joint Action of the European Commission CHRODIS Plus that aims at implementing pilot projects and generate practical lessons in the field of chronic diseases. SIP will be represented by our partners Pain Alliance Europe (PAE) and particularly involved in the Work Package (WP) 8 on Employment and Chronic Conditions.
Joop van Griensven, President of PAE, represents SIP at the CHRODIS+ meeting with the WP8 on “Employment in the Multi-morbidity Chronic Care Model” that takes place on 28th February at the Policlinico Gemelli in Rome.
In CHRODIS PLUS 42 partners, representing 21 European countries, collaborate to implement pilot projects and generate practical lessons in the field of chronic diseases.
Stay tuned, more to come!
