International Neuromodulation Society 14th World Congress

The Congress will feature three preconference events: Innovations in Neuromodulation, a Non-Invasive Neuromodulation Symposium and a Cadaver Course.

The "Innovations Day" as it has come to be known will feature start-up neuromodulation approaches from both clinician-led and entrepreneur-led sides, interspersed with relevant talks from experts in the research, translational, and start-up space.   If you want to know what the future of neuromodulation looks like, or you want to get your message out to the field and to potential investors, then this day is for you.

This is the second year the Congress will feature a preconference Non-Invasive Neuromodulation symposium. This is a rapidly expanding area with a multitude of applications and this day will feature a combination of basic science and clinical application talks spanning the field.

The Neuromodulation Society of Australia and New Zealand will be running a-hands on Cadaver course to teach the gamut of neuromodulation techniques and approaches to attendees.  The course is designed for those who are in or have completed formal neuromodulation training, and wish to add neuromodulation to their practice or enhance their skills in this area. It is open to neurosurgeons, pain practitioners and organ neuromodulators. State of the art surgical skill centres will be used for this purpose.

The INS Scientific Congress will feature everything that you have come to expect from a premier scientific meeting in this field: Plenary lectures from the world's experts, three simultaneous streams of scientific presentation covering pain, brain and organ topics. We promise cutting edge content and systematic reviews of topics so there is benefit for both experienced and new attendees alike. The ability to showcase your own research through our poster and abstract presentations remains a core of our meeting.

The venue for all this is the newly built and stunning International Convention Centre (ICC) located in Darling Harbour, the hub of Sydney and right on the water of Sydney Harbour. Costing over a billion dollars to build, ICC Sydney is a showcase of what Sydney and Australia can offer the world. We are confident it will exceed your expectations and make the Congress a memorable one for you. Sydney is a vibrant, thriving, cosmopolitan capital and lends itself to exploration, whether that be the dining, the beaches, the harbour or the iconic sights of Sydney. If you have ever thought of visiting Australia then this is the perfect opportunity to do so and consider extending your stay.

The INS Congress offers a unique opportunity to meet and network with a diverse, multidisciplinary international community of over 1,500 neuromodulation specialists, basic scientists, biomedical engineers, and members of Industry.
