CHRODIS+ Webinar

On 19th September 2019, from 2.00 to 3.00pm, the EU Health Policy Platform will host a live webinar in English on:

Employment and Chronic Conditions in Europe – Facing the challenge

It aims to share information on chronic conditions in the work sector and how Chrodis Plus is dealing with it. One of the tools developed by WP8 will be presented - the Training Tool for managers to help them understand the benefits of the inclusion, integration and reintegration of people suffering from chronic diseases.

Managers are encouraged to implement the Training Tool to evaluate inclusiveness and workability of their teams, so as to create facilitating environments for reaching desirable organisational outcomes: productivity, job satisfaction of all employees, and organisational commitment.

The webinar will demonstrate the importance to inform managers, HR and employers regarding the capacities of people with chronic conditions to continue working, return to work, maintenance of work, fighting stigma and inappropriate behaviors when there is disclosure of a chronic condition.

Your participation in the webinar would contribute to increased awareness on the issue of having people with chronic conditions in the workplace and dealing with maintenance, reintegration and returning to work.

Participation is open to anyone who is interested!
