SIP 2012: Copenhagen, Denmark, 29-31 May 2012

The Road Map was the key outcome of the second SIP symposium in the EU Parliament/ Brussels in 2011 and outlines seven main policy dimensions on how EU institutions and Member State governments can address the the societal impact of pain in order to improve the management of chronic pain in Europe.

Amongst other, impressive examples of local SIP platforms, the development of pain registries or progress in pain research and education were presented.

On the following subpages you will find the complete SIP 2012 programmepresentations & videos, as well as impressions and further symposium materials.
